Magilly's Lakeside Eatery is a new name but has some old faces, including Chef Jean-Paul Nielsen who also serves as the establishments new owner. Chef received his culinary degree from Scottsdale Culinary Institute and has over twenty years of culinary experience. Chef has had the pleasure of serving several well know clients, including former President George W.
